Each of our nurses will have an employment agreement with your Healthcare System. The nurse will agree to work in your System for a period of three years. The nurse will then become your System's employee. Your System will become the sponsor/employer for the immigration process; however the entire immigration process will be managed by GMSN and our immigration attorney. Your System will be responsible for payroll, benefits, and other HR-related issues. A placement fee to cover training, testing, immigration, travel, and processing costs is payable to GMSN in equal installments. The payment schedule is as follows: - 25% shall be payable within 30 days upon selection of Healthcare System of a nurse from the GMSN list of eligible candidates (the nurse will be placed on our eligibility list once he/she has been made eligible by the Board of Nursing to take the NCLEX-RN and has completed our online NCLEX course);
- AND 25% shall be payable within 30 days of the submission of the immigration application for the nurse;
- AND 25% shall be payable within 30 days of the notification to Healthcare System by GMSN that the nurse has successfully completed the Consular Interview and received their immigrant visa;
- AND 25% shall be payable within 30 days of the date that the nurse (who has an employment agreement with Healthcare System pursuant to this Agreement) reports to work for Healthcare System.
