Global Medical Staff Nursing (GMSN) hopes to help your Healthcare System relieve some of the stress involving the current nursing shortage. Once you hire our nurses, all of our nurses will be employees of your Healthcare System, not employees of our agency contracted to your System. Each foreign-educated nurse must complete a series of requirements before being employed as an RN in the US. Once all requirements are met and each nurse is assigned to a System, GMSN (with the sponsorship of your System) will apply each nurse for permanent residency (Green Card status) in the US. Each nurse will be required to sign a contract with GMSN that commits them to a three-year US assignment. All nurses will sign an employment agreement with your System, as part of the immigration process.

2. Review the nurses' resumes and interview the nurses we select for you if you choose to (interviews are optional and will be conducted via webcam).
3. Provide us with the information we need for the immigration applications. This will consist of formal employment offers for the nurses you select (once the nurse has passed the NCLEX-RN) and information about your Healthcare System and the nursing positions.
